Photographs are held on record for approximately one year after the day of take.
Your order can still be placed online after this date.
For an individual photograph: Please contact your school and ask them to provide you with the unique reference number underneath the thumbnail image of your child on the disc left with them on the day of take. Please then contact us by e-mail at email@example.com with this number and we will be able to produce a duplicate proof card to be sent to the school to be forwarded on to you. Each proof card has a unique reference number specific to that particular photograph and due to our automated printing process it is not possible to mix and match proof cards to make a bespoke order. All of the packs available for each barcode are printed on the proof card and we are unable to print photographs outside of this criteria. Should you wish to purchase a bespoke pack, or a different size photograph, please consider the CD/E-mail option, for individual photographs only.
